can't get "lets explore the farm" to play on xp

ive got windows xp on a dell 4550 every time i try to install or auto play the disc it says 16 bit subsystem c:\widows\system32\autoexec. nt. its driving me crazy.

Copy "autoexec.nt" and "config.nt" files from "C:\Windows\Repair" to "C:\Windows\System32".
 
And upgrade your antivirus & antispy/adware programs.

MS really needs to push down a patch to make these protected files. Makes you wonder why they never did so in the first place.
