Can't get Playcenter 2.0 and Minidisc Center to work with SB
Has anyone been able to get Playcenter 2. 0 or Minidisc Center to work with the SB Live 5. 1 Platinum? I always get an error with Mediadet. exe while installing Playcenter 2. 0 (either from the CD, or using v2.
Has anyone been able to get Playcenter 2.0 or Minidisc Center to work with the SB Live 5.1 Platinum? I always get an error with "Mediadet.exe" while installing Playcenter 2.0 (either from the CD, or using v2.1 from their web site, as an upgrade, or a full install), and when I run Minidisc Center, it gives an error that it cannot find Mediadet.exe, even though the file is there. I specifically bought the SB Live 5.1 Platinum for its Optical outs to use on my new Minidisc player, so if anyone can help me, it'd be appreciated (It'd be nice to be able to record using the Minidisc Center!)

Does anyone have any ideas? It seems the mediadet.exe is related to the Disc Detector software that Creative includes with the SB Live! Has anyone sucessfully installed PlayCenter 2.0 and Minidisc Center in Windows 2000? I'm not really concerned with PlayCenter 2.0, but I would like to get MiniDisc Center to work.
