Can't install Caesar 3.

This is a discussion about Can't install Caesar 3. in the Windows Games category; I can't install Caesar3 under Win2k despite upgradeing to both compatibility fixes. The installation always crashes after getting to 92% of the file copying. . Anyone know how to fix this? My system: PII/400 128MB RAM Voodoo3 with Voodoo3_Win2K-112beta.

128MB RAM
Voodoo3 with Voodoo3_Win2K-112beta.exe drivers.
