Hello everybody

I have a motherboard ASUS CUSL 2 with a pentium III 866
I have a GFORCE 3 from GUILLEMOT (HERCULES)

When I overclock my CPU frequency from 133 to more (for exemple 145), my PC don't work when i launch 3 applications.

Before changing my graphic card, i use to overclock to 155 without troubles....(with a gforce 1 creative)

i think that the Gforce III don't support overclocking BUS frequency

Could somebody can confirm it to me

It seems that I have the same problem when I switched to the HERCULES-GF3; before I have my P4 running with a 108MHz QDR bus; now when I launch many applications the systems reset (and I have all professional parts, for example a 550W PSU)..... now I had to switch back to 100MHz QDR (the standard bus for P4).....

I don't have a GF3 based card, but still here's a suggestion: Tried installing different drivers? I know this is a shot in the dark, but fixes come from wierd places sometimes.

try changing your AGP ratio, the problem could be that the video card is getting too much power.

When you overclock the frequency you are changing the settings for agp also. The herc prolly is being maxed out.

Like THC said..change the ratio b/c its getting to much power/bandwidth to handle.
