can't see my Sims ' faces
hello i've created my Sim but after enternig a lot (house) the icon of my pal was blank?!! Later on my Sim's got maried and his childrens icons are blank. These all cause a lot of confusions when i try to fulfill their social needs.

i've created my Sim but after enternig a lot (house) the icon of my pal was blank?!! Later on my Sim's got maried and his childrens icons are blank. These all cause a lot of confusions when i try to fulfill their social needs. Are there any practical solvations to my problem?
