Clone CD hasnt been updated in quite awhile, so I assume you are looking for alternatives.

Alcohol 120% is good
Blindwrite is just as good.

Any particular questions? This is the place to start!

Alcohol 120% is excellent, and has a great CD emulation built in, so you can rip and image and use it right off hard disk.

I know clone has this feature too, but you are looking for alternative and I've no idea if the other ones mentioned here support this.
