CD-ROM ASPI support

This is a discussion about CD-ROM ASPI support in the Customization Tweaking category; I have upgraded to 2000 advanced server w/service pack 1. I just installed audiocatalyst and the only ripping method it supports is analog. In 98SE i could do ASPI and it could do a whole cd in under 5 mins, but with analog its realtime.

I'll email you a copy of the ASPI files.

Follow the directions in the text file as per directories then reboot.

Go to the Adaptec website and download aspi32.exe and aspichk.exe

Run aspi32.exe and it should update your ASPI layer, reboot and you should have a working layer.
