ASPI Manager won't load. Errors out when I start CDRWin and no burning device shows up.

I did what you suggested and it still errors out when you start the program. "Error: Unable to initialize the ASPI manager ASPI Manager was not found on system"
 
Remember I am running XP Final

You need the ForceASPI drivers...forgot the link, maybe someone will post it after me.
 
Alternatively you can use Fireburner for burning bin/cue files. Careful with the latest version though, it has a bug (when it exits).

Can you tell me how to burn a bin file. I tried to and it burned as an audio track...
