central archieve storage

hi, i am currently using outlook and storing my emails in pst files. Is there any software that will allow multiple users to view emails in my pst files at the same time? thanks.

No not possible. You would be better off with Exchange for multiple mailbox access. Otherwise just forward the mail other people require.
