Championship Manager 2 under 2000

please please help. has anyone got this dos based program to work under 2000? i can't stick CM3, and really need my CM2 fix. everytime i try to boot it, the command prompt screen pops up, but closes again straight after the runtime info.

jees I got the same prob,

u need a vesa driver like univbe.exe for win2k but it doesnt help cm2 in any way, I've been trying to get eidos to help me on the problem but no joy yet, let us know if you get any joy with it.
