Changing from FAT32 to NTFS

Hey, I have fixed this old harddrive that I found lying around. . . It is in FAT32 format, will it make a difference if I change it to NTFS?.

FAt32 is the old windows format and the NTFS i believe is the new format, i would go with the NTFS but it is up to you
