changing passwords question

This is a discussion about changing passwords question in the Windows Networking category; hi, i was wondering if anyone knew how to make it so that one administrator can't change or reset the password of another administrator in windows xp pro?

Administrator can do everything to the pc.

If its a standalone machine then I dont know how.
 
If the machine is in a domain, and you are using domain accounts, you can remove permissions through either delegation of authority or changing the administrator's attributes using ADSI
