Changing Product Key on Win2000 without reinstalling

Is there any way or any program that could change windows 2000 pro Product Key without reinstalling operating system? Machine is server so there is no way to shut it down without losing money and time.

I have a little program that changes Product Key on WinXP and Win2003 but I can't find it for Win2000....... And I have a licenced win2000 pro so I wan't to change just a key on the machine....
