Changing the boot screen?

I downloaded a new XP bootscreen and have no idea on how to instal it so it doesn't show the crappy old one but this new one. Hey, nice post there Alec.
That is indeed an easier way to do it. I popped over to Sysinternals' BOOT.INI reference page and was quite astounded with the range of tweaks/switches available. It’s a good read for anyone interested in a little tweaking; heck, I don’t think Microsoft's documentation is as good!
