Changing the boot screen?
Someone please help me with this one. I downloaded a new XP bootscreen and have no idea on how to instal it so it doesn't show the crappy old one but this new one. You can either reply here or to me directly (which is easier), at hadenough24@excite.

Hey, nice post there Alec.
That is indeed an easier way to do it. I popped over to Sysinternals' BOOT.INI reference page and was quite astounded with the range of tweaks/switches available. It’s a good read for anyone interested in a little tweaking; heck, I don’t think Microsoft's documentation is as good!
