CH-Throttle - direct access to keyboard?

This is a discussion about CH-Throttle - direct access to keyboard? in the Windows Games category; Hi I read somewhere that win2k prevents any software to get direct access to keyboard and by that CH-Throttle dos programming software don't recognize it. Any way to pass this security feature? Software or tweak? Thanks in advance!.
