Cisco 605 / Intel 2100 Drivers dont work

I've heard about and tried the Intel beta drivers on my Cisco 605 that I got from USWest(now Qwest) while in Windows 2000 and when I lead windows to the INF file it shows no devices to choose from, did I miss something?
