Cold Fear Problem

I have a problem with Cold Fear. I installed it normally, run it normally. . . but when i want to start a new game, after choosing difficulty, there is intro movie, after it. . . when the game should start.

I have a problem with Cold Fear.
I installed it normally, run it normally...but when i want to start a new game, after choosing difficulty, there is intro movie, after it...when the game should start...it exit's to desktop.
the game just refuses to start
 
I've read that many people had a problem with refresh rate...so they couldn't see menu...i can see it...but i cant start a game:(
 
anyone has an idea? could someone send me saved game so i can try and run that...

Try these also, if you do not want to contact UBI or before contacting them...:
Black Screen, Visual Display issues, or Computer Locks When Starting Game.

Did you tried to contact Ubisoft technical support?
