How many beeps?
it could be bad ram or an improperly seated component like a vid card.
make sure all PCI and AGP devices are properly seated (sometimes they seem to be in but need that little extra clic to get in right)
and if you are using more than one stick of ram then remove one and try starting up with just the one.

ok i will try those things, but usually things like that don't take affect until the puter starts up and as the psu don't even come on then i didn't try those ! but i will !

i have tried a different psu but no luck !

At least you know that the PC speaker works.

As far as I know the mobo wouldn't beef if the psu wouldn't power up. Are you sure that the psu fan isn't spinning?

Hmm, it could be the processor. It's just one thing to think about, but a system that will not spinup has a major problem.

what processor? does youe mobo support the other ahrd ware you got?

clear the cmos and try it again - try another power supply.

if your PSU does not start up

take it out and short the Green wire to any black wire - this will make it start with out the mobo - if it come son that is fine.

is there a light on your mobo that goes on?
