Computer will not go to desktop

This is a discussion about Computer will not go to desktop in the Windows Networking category; I am using an HP laptop with windows xp service pack 2. My computer keeps automatically logging me off. I cannot get to the desktop. I tried the fix that recommended but my comp still doesn't work. Any suggestions?.

Please help. PC won't boot after added a new RAM.
