Very frustrating, but for some reason when I go to start and shutdown, and try to restart, or shut down, it doesn't do anything. Just a few apps quit and then it sits there... I can continue working and everything. I have tried quiiting all the programs running before I shutdown and that didn't work either.
 
I don't know exactly what is what... wondering if anyone here has any idea as to what is going on.
