Connecting my Visor to Windows RAS
This is a discussion about Connecting my Visor to Windows RAS in the Windows Networking category; Ok. . . here is the deal. I have a Handspring Visor, with a Visorphone. I setup my Win2k box to accept incoming connections. I go to my visor, under prefs>network and dial my box. The phone rings, my pc answers, but after about 30 seconds of trying to handshake, I get a single beep (sort of like a heart monitor ...
                                        
          Ok...here is the deal. I have a Handspring Visor, with a Visorphone.
 
I setup my Win2k box to accept incoming connections. I go to my visor, under prefs-->network and dial my box. The phone rings, my pc answers, but after about 30 seconds of trying to handshake, I get a single beep (sort of like a heart monitor flatlining).
 
Anyway, I can't get the thing to connect.
 
I can dial in with a regular PC and it works fine.
