I have a 10gig drive with 2 partitions, both are FAT32, b/c I was going to dual boot and wanted to be able read evrything. I've never installed Win9x though, and don't plan on it, so the last time I reinstalled Win2K, I formatted C: in NTFS. I recently tried to convert D: to NTFS and here's what happened:

Now, does anyone know what's up? I have very little room available on that drive [like 2%, ISOs take up a lot of room ], could that be the problem? also, is there any chance of losing data if I do schedule it to be converted at next restart?
 
System specs: Soyo 7VCA, PIII 500E@667, 256MB RAM, Win2K Server [ full specs].
