Couldn't call context menus

I noticed that context menu for any folder couldn't be called For files and drives - everything is all right. I'm the only Admin on my comp. All other family members are Users. What has happened and HowTo repair this Thanx to everybody willin' to help.

Exactly what is the problem? I understand it involves context menus and somehow any folder.
If it shows for files & drives then it is there....

Well Iwasn't exact. I meant the property window (selected from the context menu) doesn't appears for folder(s), butdoes appear for files or drives.
