Counterstrike probs
This is a discussion about Counterstrike probs in the Windows Games category; When I play CS somethimes the games just freezes and I can't get back to windows to close the game I tried different drivers for my geforce ddr but the problem keeps appearing. This is my comp: AMD Athlon 700 256 MB RAM PC 133 Geforce ddr guillemot Soundblaster Live Player 5.

Windows 2000 with
Sp2
Dirext X 8
Detonator 4 V 12.40
Via 4in1 driver V4.31 (newest)
On the server there's that guy who has the same problem as my, here's his rig:
ASUS A7V Mainboard Bios REv. 1007 (newest)
AMD Athlon 1GHz
256 MB RAM PC 133
Adaptec SCSI 2940 UW
ASUS V7700 GTS 2
Soundblaster Live Player 5.1
ISDN Fritz Card PCI
Windows 2000 with
Sp1 and Sp2
Dirext X 8
Detonator 4 V 12.20
Via 4in1 driver V4.31 (newest)
Can somebody help us with this?

It is said that there are prob with win2kSP2 and the VIA4-in-1 drivers cause SP2 already includes this ****. Maybe this could be prob..i have via chipset, too, with SP2 now as well and i didn´t installed the 4-in-1 drivers, only that ATA100 Drivers for my board (Asus A/V). Everything works fine that way
