Coverting excel spreadsheet to users in Win2K Adv Server?
This is a discussion about Coverting excel spreadsheet to users in Win2K Adv Server? in the Windows Networking category; Morning all. I just had a question on user management under Windows 2000 Advanced Server. I recently received a list of users on an Excel spreadsheet to input into my Active Directory but I've never done this before as I've created all my domain users from scratch from a list.
Morning all.
I just had a question on user management under Windows 2000 Advanced Server. I recently received a list of users on an Excel spreadsheet to input into my Active Directory but I've never done this before as I've created all my domain users from scratch from a list.
Can anyone tell me how to go about converting this Excel list into my AD tree?
Sorry for the newbie question.
Thanks in advance either way.

Why the double post?
OP
I didn't which forum my issue belonged under so I posted in both. I've done this before and usually the admin op monitoring would delete the appropriate thread that didn't belong.
Off the top of my head I got these ideas ....
1. Addusers.vbs which is part of the win2k resource kit
2. Users with mailboxes built need

There ya go .....
