CPU usage at 100%
Ok, I'm not too good with computers so I had my friend help me install a new video card and some more memory, but it seems like it hasn't changed. Now my cpu usage is at 100%, even just using mozilla.

Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600
Dell Simension 2350
Processor x86 Family 15 Model 2 Stepping 7 GenuineIntel ~2192 Mhz
BIOS Version/Date Mitac International A02. 3/24/2003
SMBIOS Version 2.3
Total Physical Memory 1,024.00 MB
Available Physical Memory 698.23 MB
Total Vitual Memory 2.00 GB
Available Virtual Memory 1.96 GB
I upgraded from 128 MB RAM to 1 GB RAM
and I had a Intel Intergrated Extreme Graphics Card to a ATI RADEON 9250 Saphirre 256 MB
