CS Server Connecting Issues
This is a discussion about CS Server Connecting Issues in the Windows Games category; I've never had a problem with CS before, but just recently for reasons beyond my comprehension when I try to connect to a server now, it gives me like UDP port errors, saying WSAECONNECT problems trying to open ports 27015 etc.
I've never had a problem with CS before, but just recently for reasons beyond my comprehension when I try to connect to a server now, it gives me like UDP port errors, saying WSAECONNECT problems trying to open ports 27015 etc... I'm not sure if this is service pack 2 or not, I think I did play successfully with SP2 before. Anyone seen this issue before? CS basically thinks my TCP/IP is disabled or something.

figured it out, my cable modem ip address changed so CS was trying to go through an ip that no longer belonged to my computer.
