This is a discussion about Day of the Tentacle (yet again) in the Windows Games category; Ok, so loads of people have written about this and I feel like a complete dumb-ass because I still can't get DOTT to work. I have the cd rom version of it (the classic one I think)and I am running XP.

One guy said "install DOTT" but I can't even do this. I dont get how to put it onto my hard drive. Yesterday I was playing it from the disk and it was working perfectly, but I can't save or anything that way. Plus it keeps crashing.
Please, please, please help me someone, I have been looking for this game for ages and my joy in finding it was huge, but now I can't get it to work

I have found out I had a corrupt copy, I have now replaced it and completed it, thanks for your help.
