Default IP address not working with AP.
Okay, I'm trying to install another access point. A Compaq WL410. Yeah, it's not so new, but it should work well enough. My problem is that I cna't access it with the AP Manager using it's default IP address.

Thanks a lot for any replies.

You could connect it to a stand-alone PC and run an IP scanner, or you could just perform a hard reset on the device and use the default IP address.
Sure.

That's to FoundStone's SuperScan 4. It's free, and works well.
But really, unless you absoluely MUST recover the settings, that's a waste of time. It would be far easier to hard reset the AP and reconfigure it.

No problem, and good luck
