No...but, you may have some residue left over. Check your program files directory. Usually, if this was a game, your save games are not deleted. But, since I have no clue what was deleted, it is hard to find out.

I have no idea how to do this,but i want to recommend you to back up more often.I mean you'll be able to restore lost data.There is one good software for it
