This is a discussion about deleting links in 'new' menu in the Customization Tweaking category; In win2k, you can right click on the screen of a folder to access the 'new' menu (to create a new folder or other item), and many programs add options to this 'new' menu. In win2k, you can right click on the screen of a folder to access the 'new' menu (to create a new folder or other item), and many programs add options to this 'new' menu. Is there any way to remove those extra links? - I never use any but the new folder option and having the others there noticeably slows down the time for the menu to open. Thanks
