Desktop does not appear?? help,
This is a discussion about Desktop does not appear?? help, in the Everything New Technology category; i am using win2000 pro. when i boot up, the desktop is blank, the taskbar appears, then a delay of up to 4 minutes, and i have to hit enter, to restore icons.
