Desktop TV PCI

Hey guys; I recently upgraded to win2k, and I am having a fit trying to run my desktop tv PCI in it. I saw in the hardware compatibility page of this site that it should work with the specified drivers, but the only thing that I can do is intall it so that there are no conflicts, however it wont work with the program.

Is there another program that I could use?

Follow the link below, and download the files

dtv-win2k-beta2.exe <- driver for the card
vr-3.00.02.exe/vr-3.10.06.exe <- VisualReality, one of them is for Win2K, the other is for Win9x, i couldn't remember which one is which.
