My computer configuration is :
i-Cel500 - 256 Mb Ram
Manli GeForce 2 MX/400
Windows Xp Home (greek edition)
40GB Wd Caviar (NTFS formatted)
It does run, but when I try to load a save game it crashes ( Idle for too much time).
Do you have anything on qfix (latest ACT 2.4)?

Are you using the English version of Deus Ex? Might be incompatible with Greek Version of Windows XP.
Try patching Deus Ex to the latest release, www.deus ex.com (remove the space in the middle of web address) for download locations, the latest multiplayer has all the single player fixes for you.
Also you have a fairly older system, maybe you should wait a little longer to load saves.
