DHCP Problem

This is a discussion about DHCP Problem in the Windows Software category; Hello Friends I am working in Private College. In my department i am configured DHCP Server (10. 0. 0. 0) series. Another one Department is configured one DHCP Server (192. 168. 1. 0) series. My problem is My lab machines are take the ip address from other DHCP Server(192.

Hello Friends
 
I am working in Private College. In my department i am configured DHCP Server (10.0.0.0) series. Another one Department is configured one DHCP Server (192.168.1.0) series.
 
My problem is
My lab machines are take the ip address from other DHCP Server(192.168.0.0) series.
 
How to aviod?

Turn off the other DHCP Server?
Use a Router/Firewall to block the other DHCP server?
