Diamond 1200 plus (Pakckard Bell) scanner not working with XP
I have just purchased a Diamond 1200plus scanner and for two days and many instructions i still cannot get it to work. It says the 'Scanner is not connected please check the cable', then 'The scanner is not ready', why am i having such trouble please? I junked my Genius Vivid for the same reason but it appears it's ...

Maybe this will help you...
I had no driver CD for my Pakckard Bell Diamond 1200 plus.
I downloaded and installed the driver of MUSTEK BearPaw 1200CU PLUS, which is very similar model. MUSTEK is the manufacturer of the Pakckard Bell scanner.
Now it works fairly well...
