Diamond 8mb V2 SLI Problem

This is a discussion about Diamond 8mb V2 SLI Problem in the Windows Games category; i just got my dual celeron 500 system and upgraded to win2k. . . . half-life runs absolutly perfectly and is very stable, however Unreal Tourney and Q3A seem to lockup at random times, i'm using the 3dfx 1.

i just got my dual celeron 500 system and upgraded to win2k....half-life runs absolutly perfectly and is very stable, however Unreal Tourney and Q3A seem to lockup at random times, i'm using the 3dfx 1.0.0.2 beta drivers. Any help WOULD BE VERY MUCH APRECIEATD

Try looking for the "wicked gl" drivers. They should help w/ q3...i'm not sure if it will do anything w/ unreal though...it has options to install drivers into certain games, such as half-life and q3...adds a serious boost in performance...don't have the site on hand, but shouldn't be hard to find...
