It's just a help file. Probably for a Digi wireless device. If it couldn't copy it off the CD then either

1. It's missing.
2. Your CD is scratched/dirty/corrupted.
3. Your computer memory is bad.

So....

1. Check your XP CD for digiras.ch_
2. Clean your CD, after you do that manually copy the CD to your hard drive to verify that you can copy the files.
3. Run this for a couple of hours: http://www.memtest.org/

Nah, Download Everest Home Edition or Sisoft Sandra and find out what kind of memory you have. Check the SPD values. Then verify that your BIOS is set to the same values. If they are then try setting your memory to a higher value and rerun the memory tests.

Take note of which memory chip memtest identified and take it out. Then rerun the tests. If you still have problems then yeah you'll need some new memory.
