Digital Video Recorder..CCTV....any thoughts?
This is a discussion about Digital Video Recorder..CCTV....any thoughts? in the Windows Hardware category; Been investigating several hardware vendors of DVR's for use with Closed Circuit Cameras. I'm relativly new to hardware security. Here's my needs. IP access. Ability to do external backup - via IDE or SCSI (as unit will have internal drive of 40-80Gb) Secure access.

IP access.
Ability to do external backup - via IDE or SCSI (as unit will have internal drive of 40-80Gb)
Secure access. (been using no-ip.com and dyndns.org over 1.5 DSL connection it works )
This is what I'm looking at. EchoVue here's there plugin. From live cameras.
