direct x 9.0 download failure everywhere

This is a discussion about direct x 9.0 download failure everywhere in the Customization Tweaking category; Im trying to download direct x 9. 0 and when i try to download from microsofts website it says cabinet file cant be trusted during initialization. also have new dvd burner and needs direcct x 9. 0 but on the instalation disk the direct x download stops and sayshas not passed windows logo testing.
