DirectX 8 beta

Where do you guys get DirectX 8 beta? I have found a page on Microsoft's website but it's a form for participating in the beta. Is it on a special subscription site? I haven't seen it in the Platform SDK either.

But only REAL Beta (4.08.00.0085),
i do have Version 4.08.00.0073...
