DirectX 8.0 Beta 146

I don't know if I should be asking this, but here it goes. . does anyone know where I can get DirectX 8. 0 build 146 (the newest one I think)??? If you know, tell me. Thanks a lot.

I can't hack into there nor do I have a password for that...

how about this...

if anyone has DirectX 8.0 NT and 9x build 146 that they illegally own and i don't need a password or username to get it, PM me or something or something...
