DirectX problem, HELP!

Ok, I just installed Service Pack 2, DirectX 8, and nVidia Detonator 3 drivers (for my TNT2 Ultra).
It seems that none of the D3D or DirectDraw apps can use hardware acceleration except if I login as Administrator!
I tried temporarly switching my normal user accout from "Powerusers" to "Administrators" group, but that didn't work. It seems that I MUST be logged in as "Administrator" or D3D and DirectDraw will not use my hardware.

Ok, I feel stupid now... but at least I solved my problem! I had installed "NetMeeting" and told it to startup when I log on. Apparently, it uses DirectDraw.
