disk recovery tools

This is a discussion about disk recovery tools in the Windows Software category; I have some problem with a disk. In 2k it says it isnt formatted but when I run a 98 start disk and run scandisk it finds a hole lot of errors, I relly need to get a hold of this files. Are there any recovery tools for win2k that I can use because when I run scandisk for dos (dont got 98) I have to click thruu like ...

Isn't there a cmdline switch for scandisk to autofix? try scandisk /?
If not.. Powerquests Lost+found is good..

yeah PQ lost & Found is good. I would also do a surface scan of the drive to see if there are any bad sectors.
