Dissabling Device to prevent BSOD from defctive Hardware/Dri
This is a discussion about Dissabling Device to prevent BSOD from defctive Hardware/Dri in the Windows Hardware category; I continually get a BSOD in Win2K SP2 were a reference to 'wdmaud. sys' is made. Someone mentioned before on these boards that 'wdmaud. sys' refers to MMSYSTEM Wave/Midi API mapper Could i disable some Multimedia Devices in Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Devices to prevent these Blue Screens.
