When I try to add additional domain controller for existing domain I found that when I try to enter the Full DNS name for existing domain this error message was appeared
“The domain pdo.pirmam.com could not be contacted select a different domain (if domain was recently created its name may not yet registered with the domain name service”

In the TCPIP properties of the new server, you need to set up a static IP address and the DNS to point to the Active Directory DNS server to be able to join to it.
