Do all ibm hard drives you buy have 3 year warranties ?
ok i looked on (which is ibm's site) there 30 gig 75 gxp series ATA 100 7200 rpm HD is $175 with 30 day money back guarantee and a 3 year warrarty. I seen the same HD on for $139 But does it come with a 3 year warranty and 30 day money back guarantee or what ? btw is there any cheaper prices for the same one and it ...

As far as I'm aware all IBM drives, including OEM units have a 3 year warranty.
I think most vendors offer you the 30-day money back option, covers for DOA's etc.
After those 30 days your first line of contact will be with IBM direct.
IBM are one of the only companies who do actually offer direct support on their OEM products - just yet another reason why IBM drives are the ones to own.
