Does anyone have this hotfix that MS mentions?

Unfortunately I do not have the luxery of emailing tech support or calling them. Does anyone have the hotfix that MS is referring to on this page? I can not enable DMA at all on my mobo. I am stuck at PIO4.

well, for one thing, you have to meet the requirements. If you don't have one of those enchanced cables, for example, a UDMA 66 cable, you couldn't get DMA enabled, etc. Same goes for ATA 100 I guess. Make sure you have that type of IDE cable first.
