Does Audigy2 have DOS drivers for use with older games ?
This is a discussion about Does Audigy2 have DOS drivers for use with older games ? in the Legacy OS category; Or could the old Live! DOS driver work ? Could someone please take a look into this one ? I'm confronted with buying this Soundcard but have lots of old DOS games that need a native DOS environment (no WinXP/2K/Me/98/95 DOS box or compatibility mode.

I'd really doubt it. It's pretty tough to find anything that works in just DOS anymore.
Have 2 soundcards, one for DOS games with DOS drivers and the Audigy 2 if worst comes to worst.
Other options could include using DOSbox, VirtualPC or the beta of VMWare 4 which I think has VESA support now.

I might be able to look through my old stack of computer parts and try and find my AWE 64 for ya

I'm sorry. Don't need no ISA cards anymore unless you can deliver some kind of PCI => ISA bridge....
