DOS 8+3 Character names
This is a discussion about DOS 8+3 Character names in the Customization Tweaking category; Hiya all, I disabled 8+3 dos filenames, and have since realised that my damn scanner needs it activated to work. I know how to re-enable it, but how do I make windows go back and set names for all files on the system in this format? It doesn't seem to do it unless you re-create the file.
